Kyle co-founded CrossFit Dixie in 2009 alongside his brother Kade. His vision of building a community-driven gym has grown into one of St. George's most established CrossFit boxes.

Trever Thompson
Coach
Level 1 certified since 2010. Started CrossFit in 2008, joined Dixie in 2009, and has been coaching since 2010 — one of the gym's longest-tenured coaches.
