What We Do
This Is Our Community
When you walk in, you'll notice there are no mirrors, machines, treadmills, or ellipticals. What you will see are dumbbells, barbells, bumper plates, tractor tires, pull-up bars, medicine balls, jump ropes, and rowing machines.
At CrossFit Dixie, we help you improve your capacity in the 10 General Skills of Physical Fitness through constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity.
