About CrossFit Dixie

Founded in 2009 by brothers Kyle and Kade Boyer. Initially they just wanted a great place to workout without all the frills — and hoped to have enough members to keep the lights on.

From Garage Gym to Community Cornerstone

CrossFit Dixie was founded in 2009 by brothers Kyle and Kade Boyer. What started as a small space where they could train without the typical gym distractions has grown into one of St. George's most established CrossFit affiliates.

The gym expanded multiple times as the community grew, and today stands as a cornerstone of fitness in the St. George area — serving athletes of all levels, from beginners trying their first WOD to seasoned competitors pushing their limits.

Community

Every class starts with a quick introduction of any new faces so you can instantly feel part of the CrossFit Dixie community. This isn't just a gym — it's a family.

Onboarding

New members benefit from the CrossFit Sweat Program — a scaled-back version of the daily WOD that teaches fundamental movements. Available for both experienced and first-time CrossFitters.

Injury Prevention

At every class, our coaches go over the fundamentals of the movements of the day and ask if anyone is dealing with injuries, pain, or range of motion inhibitors. Your safety comes first.
